An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Systems Manager to join a well-respected Organisation based in Central London. This is a temporary role leading the set up and configuration of IRIS Cascade. The postholder will be supporting back end development and liaising with internal stakeholders.
Lead the setup and configuration of IRIS Cascade HRIS modules Configure and maintain Networx ATS integration within Cascade, including data mapping Ensure seamless data flow between Cascade and Networx, including recruitment data syncing and HR record updates Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance Provide training and support to users on system functionalities and best practices Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues related to Cascade and Networx integration Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Cascade’s reporting tools Support data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting Review and enhance the current internal people site on SharePoint making this user friendly and fit for purpose Create user training or manuals to make user self service possible
Hands-on experience with Networx ATS, especially in integration scenarios. Proven technical experience of working with SharePoint Technical proficiency in system configuration, data mapping, and user access management
