Strategic Account Manager £50k-£60k base +bonus

As Strategic Account Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding complex B2B client relationships at both corporate and brand level. Partner with subject matter experts across technology and communications to deliver comprehensive client management. Drive retention, cross-sell, and up-sell initiatives to maximise service adoption and value delivery. Contribute to the evolution from traditional professional services to more tech-enabled, innovative models.

8+ years of experience in strategic account or client relationship management (ideally with exposure to tech-enabled services).~ Demonstrated track record in delivering client solutions and achieving sales targets.~ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate services and costs.~ Deep understanding of performance metrics within a client services environment.~ Exceptional communication and team management skills.~ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.~ Proven interest in AI and crisis/reputation management is essential.
