Senior Project Management Officer

IT Project Manager Belfast (some travel to middle east) 3-6 months initially Day rate: 500 per day (GBP)

With recent strategic growth and expanding international partnerships, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis to support a large-scale phased international deployment. This role will be based in our Belfast office with some travel to the middle east required.

What you’ll work on

Day to Day

• Own end-to-end project management for the specified project rollout, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, product, technical support, commercial) to align project milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the client.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk monitoring.
• Drive active risk mitigation within the stakeholder group.
• Monitor progress and performance, ensuring quality standards are met throughout deployment.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior leadership and external partners.
• Facilitate issue resolution and maintain clear lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company policies.
• Pro-actively communicate and manage expectations of all parties in the project.
