We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in recruitment practices and be ready to take ownership of end-to-end hiring processes across various business units. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer stage.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to support strategic hiring decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across different levels and functions.
- Strong sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in (Education Recruitment or Engineering or healthcare or Construction).
