We are a fast-growing medical devices and clinical services company that requires an increase in sales staff due to growth within the Neuro department. The role is hybrid – home/field based, with an expectation to commute to different hospitals throughout the region when required.
The primary role of the Territory Sales Associate is to ensure commercial targets are reached or exceeded, whilst ensuring safe operating practices for patients and end users are maintained. You will report to both the Regional Sales Manager in the Neurosurgery / Pain division and the Regional Clinical Services Manager to achieve these goals.
Work with the Regional Sales Manager to create strategic commercial plans each year across both sales and clinical services. Conduct field demonstrations of inomed products to support the sales process. Provide customer support post-sales across the territory. Gain proficiency in the company’s back-office and commercial functions. Organise and attend key local and national conferences in line with the strategic aims of the business.
Strategic thinker with a good understanding of the healthcare/medical devices/clinical services market. Have a hunger and drive for commercial success – target driven and competitive. Adaptable and eager to learn, balancing clinical knowledge with commercial drive. Experience in delivering presentations or coaching / teaching.
