The RoleHands-on position involving the assembly, fitting, and finishing of composite components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Experience

• Mechanical fitting within composites / motorsport / aerospace / automotive
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience with trimming, drilling, bonding & assembly
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Background in high-performance or low-volume manufacturing
