Conducting food safety and health & safety inspections and records audits at client premises. Delivering risk assessments: including occupational, manual handling and PPE – particularly in hospitality environments. Supporting new client onboarding, including the implementation of our digital compliance platform, ALERT65. Providing tailored advice, consultancy and training to clients across a wide range of environments. Acting as Account Manager for a number of clients – typically individual or small group hospitality operators. Conducting investigations into allegations such as food poisoning, allergen incidents or foreign body contamination. Participating in our Advice Line rota, offering reactive expert guidance and managing investigations. Engaging in internal training (CPD) and team development. A solid background in food safety and health & safety auditing, ideally in hospitality. A minimum Level 4 Food Safety qualification is essential, with a BSc in Environmental Health or equivalent industry experience highly desirable. Experience auditing high-risk operations such as hotels with spa/swimming pool facilities would be a distinct advantage. Personable and customer-focused, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
