We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about AI, automation, and low-code platforms like Power Apps—someone who can help us streamline operations and elevate member experiences across our bespoke digital platforms.

Your Impact:
- Analyse and improve workflows across departments using AI and automation
- Scope and support high-impact digital change initiatives
- Prototype solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Align improvements with our membership system and mobile app
You Bring:
- Experience in business analysis and process mapping
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms
- Ability to translate system capabilities into actionable change
- Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness
- Experience from a similar industry- Leisure, Retail, Hospitality, or Private Members club
Example Projects:
- AI-powered inventory forecasting for our luxury clubs
- Automating member onboarding journeys
- Executive reporting automation for leadership teams
- Optimising finance and HR workflows with low-code tools
