The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading a team in a sales environment, and take responsibility promoting products and services, and Managing relationships with current clients. the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales environment.
Lead, coach, and motivate the internal sales team to achieve performance targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training on products and sales techniques. Oversee order processing and ensure compliance with internal systems and procedures. Support inventory planning based on seasonal demand and customer forecasts.
Previous sales leadership within a busy sales office Previous phone coaching experience Proficient in using computer software systems for data entry and customer management – all training will be provided Passion for sales and enjoy communicating with people
