Property Asset Manager

Commercial Property or Asset Manager looking for a new challenge with a diverse portfolio across London and the South East? We’re working with a well-established property group managing nearly 700 mixed-use commercial and residential properties , with clusters in London, Brighton, Bournemouth, and beyond . Their commercial team is growing, and we’re looking for a driven professional to take ownership of a varied and rewarding portfolio. The Role You’ll be responsible for a broad range of property management and asset management functions, including: Overseeing a portfolio of mixed-use and commercial properties Managing lettings, renewals, rent reviews, and lease events Handling rent collection, insurance, service charges, and maintenance Coordinating redevelopment and change-of-use projects Working with planners, project managers, and development teams on strategic initiatives Supporting acquisitions and disposals This role offers genuine variety — from day-to-day management to strategic portfolio enhancement. About the Environment You’ll join a supportive team of property professionals spanning commercial, residential, accounts, legal, surveying, and maintenance departments. The current office is based in North West London.
