Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Project Lead to join our client’s HR Operations and Employee Relations team. This is a fixed-term role (12 months) to cover maternity leave, based in Basingstoke with hybrid working options. The successful candidate will lead a variety of HR projects focused on process improvement, service optimization, and change management, while also supporting data analytics and policy development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
- Drive automation initiatives and leverage technology to streamline HR services
- Manage data reporting, dashboards, and analytics, including headcount planning
- Update HR policies and develop training and communication materials
- Conduct workplace investigations in line with best practices
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in HR project delivery and process improvement
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
