The Senior Innovation Manager will lead the full innovation lifecycle from white-space ideation to product launch, ensuring every new concept aligns with real consumer insights and delivers strong commercial results.
Drive the development of new products from concept to launch, grounded in data, insight and storytelling. Create clear project briefs defining design, pricing, packaging, and commercial metrics. Own and manage project budgets and P&L, ensuring scalability and profitability. Present proposals and progress updates to senior leadership, influencing future innovation strategy.
Proven success leading end-to-end innovation within FMCG or consumer goods. Expertise in shaping white-space opportunities, not just managing NPD timelines. Financial acumen and confidence in building and presenting P&Ls. Creative, strategic mindset with excellent organisational and influencing skills. Experience collaborating across global teams and managing multiple high-impact projects.
