An excellent opportunity to join a leading law firm within a fast‑paced, high‑performing Talent team supporting lateral legal hiring across London and some of the European offices.

The Opportunity

A dynamic 12‑month fixed‑term role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and wants to play a key role in the full recruitment lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Manage the CV portal, review applications, and prepare candidate summaries for partners.
  • Liaise closely with recruitment agencies to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Support the recruitment of document reviewers and contract attorneys at short notice.

Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple offices, including scheduling, Teams links and room bookings.
  • Send internal reminders, welcome candidates on arrival, and collate interview feedback.
  • Keep all recruitment activity updated and accurately recorded in internal systems.

Offers, Compliance & Data

  • Assist with preparing offer approvals and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support right‑to‑work, background, conflicts and DBS checks.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Gather pre‑joiner information and support relocations where required.
  • Coordinate induction schedules, prepare welcome packs and manage room bookings.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for new joiners before their start date.
  • Prepare firmwide welcome announcements.

Reporting & Team Support

  • Update internal charts, leaver checklists and monthly recruitment activity reports.
  • Support graduate recruitment when needed, including attendance at law fairs.
  • Assist with expenses, DMS filing, OneNote updates and general team duties.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in legal or professional services recruitment.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills at all levels.
  • Professional, discreet and reliable working style.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
