Compass Associates are pleased to be working alongside a valued client that are seeking a Registered Manager for a care home located around the Durham area. The home provides residential and dementia care to older adults, has a Deputy Manager in post and a wonderful reputation in the area.
This position does not require turnaround leadership, instead the home will benefit from a motivated and proactive leader who can fine-tune the service from providing Good to Outstanding care. The ideal applicant will be commercially savvy, keen to network and represent their home out in the local community. They will emphasize building lasting relationships and understand the fundamentals of a successful home, without shying away from the commercial side. As a leader, they’ll bring a passion for quality care and aim to develop their team, providing hands-on support as a visible presence within the home.
Quality and compliance will be a major focus, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and thoroughly recorded.
