We are only just starting to unlock the potential of what @Druce is capable of, and our Customer Solutions Advisor is going to help us achieve this together. With a passion for customer solutions and naturally curious nature, the Customer Solutions Advisor will work closely with their team to provide support and an unwavering commitment to our clients. This is a branch based role supporting both sales and lettings through the following:

Up-sell/cross-sell our products to all customers engaging with @Druce (e.g. insurance, mortgage etc.). Manage office operations and provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams Maintain office schedules and coordinate appointments and meetings Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information to customers, clients, and colleagues Ensure all incoming leads are created and updated in the CRM database Carry outbound calling from the Druce branch database to generate leads for MAs Manage and maintain office inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring the office is fully stocked and functional Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, such as cleaners, maintenance technicians, and IT support Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries

Experience in a customer service or sales environment A bachelor’s degree with relevant qualifications preferred but not necessary Excellent communication skills and able to connect with clients, both in-person and over the phone Highly motivated to provide the best customer service and develop relationships over the long term Above market basic salary Generous annual leave, increasing annually with tenure
