We’re looking for a PR Manager to join a small but impactful purpose-led (non-profit) organisation delivering high-profile, nationwide campaigns focused on sustainability and behaviour change. This is a hybrid role, working 1 day a week from their central London office and the rest at home.

This is a consumer role with some corporate messaging. Day to day you will running any press office work for consumer, regional and trade press as well as working with agencies on bigger creative campaigns that reach cut through in tier one broadcast and national press.
You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of PR across multiple campaigns, with responsibility for securing high-quality media coverage, building strong journalist relationships and creating compelling, multi-channel content.
It’s a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, creative and confident managing multiple workstreams, while contributing to wider marketing and communications activity.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the delivery of PR campaigns, ensuring activity is executed on time, on budget and to a high standard
• Develop and execute media strategies to secure coverage across national, consumer and specialist titles
• Write and oversee press materials, including releases, features, case studies and social content
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers and external partners
• Manage media enquiries and coordinate interviews and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PR with wider marketing, content and social activity
• Track and evaluate performance, using insights to optimise future campaigns
• Identify partnership opportunities, spokesperson angles and relevant cultural moments
• Manage external agencies and support PR budget tracking
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 4 years’ experience in PR campaigns, either in-house or agency
- Proven ability to deliver successful, multi-channel PR campaigns
- Strong media relationships across consumer and/or national press and a passion for press!
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
- You must have consumer exp with some corporate
