An established modular construction business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from manufacturing through to site installation and final handover. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring buildings are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from manufacturing to site installation and final handover
• Ensure buildings are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience on high value modular build projects is essential
• Good understanding of manufacturing to construction projects
• Previous experience of working on Healthcare projects
• Experience of groundworks
• Exceptional planning and commercial awareness
• Usual site tickets CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Previous experience as a number one Project Manager
• Client facing
