Elevation Recruitment Group’s HR division is partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a driven HR Advisor on a full‑time, permanent basis in the Ilkley area.

This is an exciting, hands‑on role supporting the whole Group and would suit someone who operates as an HR generalist who thrives on variety, HR administration and payroll within a fast‑paced HR function.

Key responsibilities as an HR Advisor

• You’ll be the go‑to support for managers and employees, providing day‑to‑day HR advice.
• Coordinating accurate payroll and pension inputs.
• Guiding managers through absence, performance and wider ER matters.
• Support recruitment activity, own the onboarding / off‑boarding cycle.
• Maintain HR systems, ensuring records are accurate and compliant.
• You’ll play a key role in group‑wide engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
• Support the Head of HR and ensure seamless service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• CIPD qualified or working towards this.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Confident handling all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Good working knowledge of payroll processes.
• Strong IT capability: Sage Payroll experience is a real advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering is desirable, but not essential.
