What You’ll Be Doing
Think of this role as being at the heart of the mix — blending HR operations, employee experience, culture, and trusted people advice.
- Coach and support managers with confidence and clarity
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and conduct matters
- Help shape, refine, and implement HR policies
- Ensure fair, consistent, and well-documented employee relations support
Employee Experience & Culture
- Drive engagement initiatives and support action planning
- Champion wellbeing, recognition, and inclusion programmes
- Analyse feedback trends and contribute to cultural evolution
- Support clear, engaging communication around people initiatives and change
- Support the rollout of performance frameworks
- Partner with managers on development planning
- Help identify training needs and support learning & development activity
HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits
- Keep day-to-day HR processes running smoothly and compliantly
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support payroll and benefits administration, renewals, and enrolments
- Keep managers informed of relevant employment law updates
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to HR system improvements and policy refreshes
- Spot opportunities to streamline and improve ways of working
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong foundations in employee relations, performance, operations, and compliance
- Experience supporting UK-based teams (European exposure is a bonus)
- Confident communication skills with the ability to coach and influence
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- And above all: a warm, collaborative, people-first approach
