QCC Global was founded in 1999 and is the world’s largest and most advanced TSCM Services, Bug Sweeping, TSCM Equipment and Training, Digital Forensics company.

QCC Global Ltd is in its next stage of growth, and to support this is looking for an experienced HR Manager who is looking to join a small but growing team.

The role is permanent, but would consider full time or part time hours for the right candidate. The role is based at QCC Global offices just outside of Bath (BA3).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with overall business strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with UK labour laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, pre-interview screening calls, interviews and onboarding of staff.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts and the disciplinary procedures.
  • Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement and retention strategies.
  • Maintain and improve performance management systems.
  • Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead training and development initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and report to senior management.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and promote company values.
  • Manage personnel security vetting processes, including background checks, right-to-work verification, referencing, and where applicable, security clearances.

What you bring

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Risk awareness and compliance mindset.
  • Leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Emotional intelligence and problem-solving.
  • Confident, organised, and able to operate both strategically and hands‑on, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Sage HR and Microsoft Office applications.
