Overview

R9 Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Domestic Gas Operative to join our clients dedicated Repairs Team, covering the CR and SW postcodes. This is a customer‑facing role working in occupied properties, where you’ll play a key part in delivering safe, efficient and high‑quality gas repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic gas repairs and maintenance to a consistently high standard
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
• Ensure all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations
• Accurately complete job records and required documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Gas Safe registration, including CCN1 and relevant domestic appliance qualifications
• Proven experience in domestic gas repairs and maintenance
• Strong diagnostic, fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
