Human Resources Manager

A global, fast‑growing business is hiring a hands‑on People Manager to take ownership of its day‑to‑day people operations across multiple international regions.

This is a broad, standalone generalist role, working closely with senior leadership while managing the core people agenda end to end. You’ll support managers across the business, strengthen people processes, and help embed new systems, enabling the wider People function to focus on strategy and development.

Key responsibilities

• HR advisory support and employee relations
• Ownership of benefits, employee changes and payroll inputs
• Leading performance review and salary review processes
• Improving HR operations, processes and documentation
• Driving adoption of a newly implemented HRIS
• Supporting learning, leadership and development initiatives

About you

• Experienced HR generalist, comfortable in a standalone role
• Strong in people operations, payroll and benefits administration
• Confident handling ER matters and coaching managers
• Pragmatic, organised and process‑driven
• Experienced in fast‑paced, international environments
