This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate, graduate, or someone with experience in a similar administrative, operations, or customer-focused role who is keen to learn, develop, and progress. The Role: The Operations Assistant (Online) will support the day-to-day activities of the online operations function, playing a key role in ensuring smooth processes, strong collaboration across teams, and an excellent customer experience.
