Mobile Plant Operator Based:North LanarkshirePay rate: £17.00 – £20.00 per hourHours: Mon-Fri 7:45 to 4:15 (half hour unpaid break)Start date: ASAP – 1 month – possible extensionOur client is looking for a Mobile Plant Operator to join a busy and fast-paced operational site in North Lanarkshire. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with experience operating heavy machinery and working in industrial or outdoor environments.You will be responsible for operating mobile plant equipment to support the safe and efficient movement and processing of materials across site.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate mobile plant machinery such as loading shovels, excavators, or telehandlersSafely move, load, and manage materials across the siteAssist with the sorting and processing of materials where requiredCarry out daily equipment checks and report any faults or defectsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentWork in line with all health & safety and site proceduresSupport general site operations as neededRequirementsPrevious experience operating mobile plant machineryRelevant plant tickets (e.g. CPCS, NPORS) preferredTickets for Telehandler up to 9m & Articulated Dump Truck (25TStrong understanding of health & safety practicesAbility to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environmentReliable, punctual, and a good team player…
