You’ll lead a high-performing commercial team, shape commercial strategy, and influence how complex projects are delivered from start to finish.
The Role
- Lead and develop a commercial team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high performance.
- Oversee forecasting, cost control, and reporting to maintain commercial discipline across the programme.
- Manage procurement strategy and supply-chain engagement, driving value and efficiency.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and audit-ready processes are consistently applied.
- Engage on site to monitor progress, resolve issues, and deliver informed commercial guidance.
You
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial construction, leading teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, and confident in challenging assumptions.
- Calm, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to prioritise competing demands.
