We are recruiting on behalf of a growing washroom services business with ambitious plans and strong market momentum. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire two Field Sales Representatives in the West Midlands.
The Role
This is a field-based, new business role focused on generating revenue and building a strong sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business across the West Midlands
- Prospect, book meetings, and manage your own pipeline
- Attend client meetings and present service solutions
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Previous field sales experience in washroom services (essential)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- £35,000 basic salary
- £5,000 car allowance
- Uncapped commission (typically 7–10% of sales)
