YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Engage customers face-to-face on behalf of Relay Direct’s brand partners
• Deliver brand messaging and drive customer acquisition through genuine conversation
• Support campaign rollout and local outreach activities
• Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to team targets

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Natural communicators with a confident, friendly approach
• Motivated to earn and progress — a results-driven attitude is key
• Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, or events are a great fit
• No formal experience required — full training is provided from day one
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK

• £30k–£34k OTE with fully uncapped commission
