About The Role

We’re expanding our Live team. We’re looking for a TikTok Live Operations Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management and performance of our Live-only clients across TikTok Shop.

This is a client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, delivering best-in-class Live strategies, and driving measurable commercial outcomes. You will own the full lifecycle of Live performance – from planning and execution through to reporting and optimisation.

You will;

Act as the day-to-day strategic partner for clients, aligning Live activity to business objectives

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading regular communications and weekly business reviews
  • Deliver clear, insight-led reporting with actionable recommendations to improve performance
  • Own end-to-end Live strategy, planning and execution across your client portfolio
  • Define and implement sales tactics (offers, urgency mechanics, pricing strategy) to drive conversion
  • Develop engagement strategies to maximise retention, interaction and in-Live conversion
  • Lead product strategy including SKU selection, assortment planning and promotional cadence
  • Shape Live storytelling to strengthen brand positioning and drive commercial outcomes
  • Support presenter selection, briefing and ongoing performance optimisation
  • Collaborate with studio and production teams on set design and execution quality
  • Continuously test, learn and iterate on Live formats, content and performance levers
  • Analyse performance data (GMV, CVR, AOV, engagement) to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure seamless operational delivery and consistency across all Live sessions
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends, applying best practice across clients
  • What you will bring

    Essential skills for the role:

    • 2+ years’ experience in social commerce, Live commerce, or TikTok Shop within an agency or brand environment
    • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering against performance targets (e.g. GMV, conversion, engagement)
    • Strong understanding of Live selling mechanics, including sales tactics, engagement strategies, and conversion drivers
    • Experience planning and executing Live content, ideally including presenter briefing and product selection
    • Confident in analysing performance data and translating this into actionable insights and client recommendations
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading client calls and reporting
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
    • A commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue and profitability for clients
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, scale-up environment
    • High attention to detail and a structured approach to planning and execution
    • A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to identify and resolve challenges quickly

    Additional skills a bonus:

    • STEM degree, A-levels or equivalent preferred
    • Additional European languages, Mandarin or Korean
