Project / Workstream Delivery Lead (Contract – 6 months, Part-Time)

Swift Strategies | Remote (UK) with occasional London travel

Swift Strategies is supporting a major education organisation and exam board on a regulatory transformation programme.

We are looking for a Project / Workstream Delivery Lead to support the wider programme, focusing on quality management and resource & capacity workstreams.

The Role

Working alongside the Programme Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of specific workstreams and drive delivery at a more tactical level.

You will:

  • Lead delivery across quality management and resource/capacity workstreams
  • Support the development and execution of the overall programme action plan
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Track progress against agreed OKRs and deliverables
  • Support RAID management and governance reporting
  • Ensure delivery is structured, consistent and aligned to programme objectives

This is a hands-on role, focused on making sure the detail is delivered properly.

What We’re Looking For

You will likely have:

  • Strong experience in project or workstream delivery within complex programmes
  • A solid understanding of PMO frameworks, governance and delivery standards
  • Experience working in regulated environments
  • The ability to manage detail while keeping delivery moving
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Candidates must have experience working in highly regulated or governed environments, with a strong understanding of compliance, standards and governance frameworks.
