Your Role:
You will provide client-centred OT services focused on improving independence, function, and quality of life, including:
• Functional assessments using evidence-based tools
• Individualised, goal-based treatment planning
• Assistive technology prescription and recommendations
• Home modifications to improve safety and independence
• Community-based OT interventions
• Ongoing progress reviews and clinical documentation
• Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
• OT degree (UK, Ireland or equivalent recognised qualification)
• HCPC or equivalent registration
• 2–3 years’ experience preferred (NDIS/aged care/community)
