POSITION OVERVIEW

As a core member of the Innovation and Portfolio Optimisation team, within the Commercial Strategy department, the Innovation Commercialisation Manager will be driving our Strategic Innovation plans to shape the future of our energy portfolio. The role will own the commercial stages of our NPD Checkpoint process, will shape the 1-3 YR NPD pipeline, and will lead the development of compelling sales tools that drive launch excellence and in-market impact.

The role requires confident cross functional influence and ability to turn category insights credible selling tools to ensure Innovation lands with clarity and consistency across EMEA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Commercialisation

  • Lead the development of launch-ready sales tools that clearly articulate proposition, role, and execution requirements.
  • Own and drive the commercial stage-gate (Checkpoint) process, optimising plans from ideation through CP2 and CP3.
  • Consolidate country launch plans to ensure consistency, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve commercialisation processes to increase speed, clarity and decision quality.
  • Act as a key partner to priority markets, supporting to optimise plans ahead of launch.
  • Lead clear, concise performance communications to the wider business.

Commercial Planning

  • Develop high-impact commercial tools and presentations to support the Commercial Brand Platform strategy.
  • Deliver competitor and category analysis (EMEA and US) to inform future platform, format or flavour opportunities.
  • Translate insight and performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong commercial or category experience within commercial planning, category development, account management or related roles.
  • Proven ability to translate insight and data into clear commercial recommendations and launch tools.
  • Confident cross-functional influencer, comfortable working across markets, brand, sales and leadership teams.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams with pace, structure and accountability.
  • Self-starter mindset with the confidence to shape and evolve a developing role while role-modelling Monster values.
