We’re partnering with a premium and luxury global fashion and sportswear brand house to appoint a Workplace & Guest Experience Manager at their London headquarters.

This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a design-led office and showroom space, welcoming visitors from across the globe — including buyers, partners, press, and industry stakeholders.

The role

This is a highly visible position combining workplace management, front-of-house leadership, and corporate hospitality.

You’ll ensure the office operates seamlessly while delivering a best-in-class guest experience, reflecting the standards of a global brand house.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the office, creating a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors
  • Oversee day-to-day workplace operations across office and showroom spaces
  • Ensure meeting rooms and client areas are consistently presentation-ready
  • Deliver high-quality corporate hospitality for meetings, events, and visiting stakeholders
  • Coordinate office services, suppliers, and facilities to maintain a smooth-running environment
  • Support internal teams and foster a well-organised, efficient workplace
