We’re working with a well established, international architecture studio looking to appoint an Associate or Associate Director within its Industrial & Logistics team in London.

With a long standing presence in the sector, the studio has built a strong, reliable pipeline of work across large scale logistics, distribution and industrial developments. The focus now is on strengthening and evolving that offer, bringing a more design led, considered approach to a typology that is often overlooked.

The Role

This is a key role within the London team, working across the delivery and development of industrial and logistics projects at scale.

You will take ownership of projects and client relationships, while contributing to the growth and positioning of the sector within the studio. The role offers a balance of delivery, coordination and client facing responsibility, with clear scope to step into a more senior leadership position over time.

Requirements

  • Operating at Associate or Associate Director level within architecture
  • Experience delivering industrial, logistics or large scale and complex ‘shed’s’
  • Strong technical and delivery background across complex schemes
  • Confident managing clients and coordinating consultant teams
  • Proficiency in Revit and ideally Rhino
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how projects are structured and delivered
  • A considered approach to design, with an interest in elevating everyday building types
  • Experience working at scale, across UK or European projects
