Delivery Manager

We at Coforge are hiring for Engineering Delivery Lead with the following skillset:

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in senior leadership of Product Engineering teams across a dispersed resource model.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including 3 years in a Technical Lead or Delivery Manager role.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated industries, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Demonstrable experience managing delivery related to Compliance, Data Protection, Risk or Regulatory change.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and secure engineering practices.
• Track record of building and maturing engineering or product teams.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and coach technical teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts across business and technology boundaries.

Technical Skills:

• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
• Experience in Moody’s, SIRA, CRM systems
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.
• Architectural awareness across application, data and integration layers.
• Experience working with data-centric platforms or data transformation initiatives.
