Project Manager – Change Function
We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Change function, delivering high‑quality property services and business change projects across the Group. In this role, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to our strategic objectives.
Working closely with business sponsors, programme managers, IT teams and third‑party partners, you’ll ensure that the right solutions are delivered through robust planning, effective governance and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a highly visible role, requiring regular interaction with senior stakeholders and collaboration with teams across the UK and India.
This role can be based from Chatham or Wolverhampton and is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract/secondment opportunity.

What you will be doing
As a Project Manager you’ll play a key role in supporting the ongoing transformation of the business, managing complex change across systems, processes and customer journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end projects to agreed timelines, scope and budget, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, managing resources, costs, dependencies and documentation using JIRA, Confluence and Planview
- Establish and embed effective project governance, frameworks and ways of working
- Lead workshops and collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and deliver system and process improvements
- Manage workstream performance, risks and issues, taking corrective action and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies
- Build strong senior stakeholder relationships, providing clear reporting and influencing decision‑making to align with business goals

Desired skills and experience
- Experience delivering or supporting change projects within property services, operations, or financial services
- Strong track record working in project management, delivering projects ideally using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of the full project lifecycle and delivery approaches
- Experience producing and managing key project documentation and reporting
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at a senior level
