About the Role

We are looking for a Credit Controller to join a growing specialty insurance business undergoing an exciting finance transformation. This role offers the opportunity to support core credit control activities while contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse aged debt and credit balances
• Chase and reconcile outstanding accounts with brokers
• Resolve queries with internal stakeholders
• Monitor payments and maintain accurate records
• Handle customer enquiries and track team KPIs
• Support process improvements and documentation
• Assist the wider team as required

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of receivables / credit control processes
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good stakeholder communication
• Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Excel skills desirable
