We are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at our Mere Green office.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor at any stage of their career, from newly qualified through to more experienced candidates, who is looking to develop within a supportive and growing practice.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, which may include:
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant work
• Commercial leases
• Development matters
• Property finance transactions
The role offers the opportunity to build and develop your own caseload, with appropriate support depending on your level of experience.
The Candidate
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
• Are qualified solicitors (or due to qualify shortly)
• Have an interest in commercial conveyancing
• Are organised, proactive and able to manage their workload
• Have good communication skills and a client-focused approach
