Are you driven, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of client relationships in a fast-paced environment? Redbrick Solutions Limited is looking for a hungry, hard-working Customer Success Manager, based in the North of England, to join our growing team.

The Role

As a CSM, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and maximum value from our solutions. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and play a vital role in client retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts
  • Build strong relationships and understand client needs
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolve any issues proactively
  • Maintain regular communication and provide strategic insights to clients

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with a passion for growth and success

  • Technically confident with the ability to configure and work within software systems, including setting up templates, data outputs and integrations
  • Be confident handling structured data and system configuration tasks
  • Someone who is comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
