The Role
As a CSM, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and maximum value from our solutions. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and play a vital role in client retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts
- Build strong relationships and understand client needs
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolve any issues proactively
- Maintain regular communication and provide strategic insights to clients

- Technically confident with the ability to configure and work within software systems, including setting up templates, data outputs and integrations
- Be confident handling structured data and system configuration tasks
- Someone who is comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
