The Role:
- Business Development, igniting business relationships
- Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
- Negotiating and objection handling.
- Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
- Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
- Lead & referral generating.
- Learning to become an expect in your market.
- Client meetings.
