An award-winning, global medical technology organisation is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to lead growth within the UK Long-Term Care sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading healthcare business with a strong reputation in infection prevention, clinical waste management, and surgical solutions, working within a high-performing, commercially driven team.

The role will focus on strategic account development, distributor management, and driving B2B sales growth across a well-established and high-potential region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UK Long-Term Care strategy, driving market expansion and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and margin targets
  • Manage and grow key accounts across healthcare settings, building long-term partnerships
  • Drive B2B sales activity through both direct engagement and distributor networks
  • Identify and deliver cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximise commercial outcomes
  • Deliver against KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Key Account Management experience within the healthcare industry (essential)
  • Strong track record of driving sales growth and managing strategic healthcare accounts
  • Experience working with or managing distributor networks (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across clinical, procurement, and commercial functions
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a field-based role
