One of my local authority clients in the East of England are currently on the search for a Private Sector Housing Compliance Officer.

• Role: Housing Compliance Officer
• Rate: negotiable
• Start date: ASAP
• Working pattern: 1/2 days on site
• 37hrs
• Contract Length: 6 months

Role duties:

• Site visits are not required therefore a HHSRS certificate is not an essential for this position
• Vast experience in issuing penalties and serving notices
• Knowledge around Private Sector Housing & Housing act 88
