Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (10% on all billings)
We’re working with a well-established, independent recruitment agency who have built a strong reputation across the Energy, Renewables and Construction (Quantity Surveying) markets in the UK.
This is a business that has grown organically, values relationships over KPIs for the sake of it, and is now looking to add to their close-knit, high-performing team.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a specialist team working across some of the UK’s most in-demand sectors, partnering with clients ranging from consultancies and contractors through to major infrastructure and energy projects.
This is a genuine 360 role with the autonomy to build your own desk, supported by experienced colleagues who know their markets inside out.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across Energy, Renewables and/or Quantity Surveying markets
- Building and developing client relationships across the UK
- Sourcing, engaging and placing high-quality candidates
- Winning new business and growing your own client base
- Working collaboratively within a tight-knit team environment
- Becoming a true specialist within your vertical market
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in perm recruitment (any sector considered)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach to business development
- Someone who thrives in a smaller, more personal team environment
- Interest in or exposure to Energy, Renewables or Construction is a bonus, not essential
