Real Estate Finance Solicitor – London – £85,000 – £95,000 Salary – NQ-1 PQE
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior real estate finance solicitor to join a highly ranked International practice in London, the firm are known for their exceptional client service and expertise.
The firms Partners combined practice covers a broad spectrum of transactional work, from senior and mezzanine real estate financing to large-scale infrastructure projects involving land transport, energy transition and digital assets.
The team advises lenders, sponsors, funds and developers across complex, high-value transactions, with a focus on REF, project-driven infrastructure financing and assets aligned with long-term investment trends such as renewables, energy storage, rail, EV platforms and data centres.
The firm are a well established practice who are committed to delivering top tier legal services, along with a team of highly driven professionals specialising in all aspects of Commercial services.
The Candidate
- Junior solicitor from a reputable practice with experience across real estate finance matters
- Trained at a comparable firm / department along with excellent academics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
