About the Role

Identify, acquire, and maintain local B2B customers. Communicate policy changes and competitor updates in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance and Supply Chain, and use CRM systems to ensure all business cases and customer accounts are properly set up, followed up, and completed.
  • Sales Process Management: Handle customer sales inquiries, follow up on orders, review shipping documents, and manage shipment arrangements to ensure smooth contract execution and timely payment collection.
  • Customer Development & Relationship Management: Develop new customers through various channels, expand sales networks, and maintain existing client relationships through regular visits and communication to build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 3–5 years of professional sales experience.
  • English as the working language, with fluent English communication skills.

  • Professional sales experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B customer development.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
