A leading Professional Services organisation based in the West End is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their UK HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑centric environment and enjoys partnering closely with senior leaders to drive organisational performance.
In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive and credible HR partnering service across UK business units, shaping people strategies, supporting leaders, and ensuring the organisation continues to foster a high‑performance, inclusive culture. You will work closely with the HR Director and wider HR team to deliver best‑practice HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders, providing guidance across all employee relations matters.
- Lead on complex ER cases, offering risk‑based advice and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
- Support talent management activities including recruitment, performance management, succession planning and development.
- Analyse people data to identify trends, inform decision‑making and support business planning.
- Manage payroll processes in partnership with an external provider, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support reward and recognition initiatives, including annual salary and bonus reviews.
- Drive engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives across the organisation.
- Contribute to organisational design, change management and people strategy projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GDPR and internal governance processes.
- Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a coach and mentor to managers.
About You
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Strong HR generalist background with proven experience in a Business Partnering role.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing ER cases end‑to‑end.
- Confident working with HRIS systems and comfortable analysing people data.
- Experience managing or overseeing payroll processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a solutions‑focused mindset.
