Role Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for Mitie clients, delivering a high standard of customer service.Use internal systems to record, manage, and track jobs, ensuring all details are entered accurately.Raise service requests and ensure they are routed to the correct department.Advise customers via telephone and email on processes, entitlements, and service expectations.Liaise with internal departments to ensure workflows are completed in a timely manner.Maintain a professional and helpful approach in all customer interactions. Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a customer-facing or call‑centre environment.Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and email systems.Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and professional responses.Ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership of personal workloads.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
