We’re looking for an inspiring General Manager to take the lead at Botanical Place – our stunning new retirement village in West Byfleet.

As General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all – leading a multi‑faced operation and setting the standard for excellence. You’ll drive performance, inspire teams, and create an outstanding experience for residents and visitors alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the full village operation with energy, vision, and accountability
- Driving financial performance, including full P&L ownership
- Elevating hospitality, wellbeing, and customer experience to exceptional levels
- Overseeing facilities, maintenance, and development projects
- Building a passionate, high‑performing team culture

Your Experience
- 3-6 years in a General Manager or senior operational leadership role
- Track record of managing teams, budgets, and service excellence
