General Manager

General Manager – The Salad Project

Salary: 42,500 per year.

Location: Tottenham Court Road.

Hours: 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and look after the Tottenham Court Road location.
• Work hand in hand with the Co‑founders and Operations Manager.
• Maintain budgets, costs and quality control.
• Help manage team morale and guide career development.
• Implement and improve service processes.
• Monitor and implement hygiene best practices to maintain a 5* hygiene rating.
• Manage stock count, rota and supplier management, and report catering and Deliveroo data.
• Ensure and enforce hygiene rules and store maintenance.
• Onboard and train new team members and ensure company rules are followed.
• Ensure the Salad Project continues to offer great customer service and healthy food.

• Ability to lead, organise and maintain the store.

Experience Requirements

• 2‑3 years of experience managing and operating within the hospitality industry.
• Full‑time commitment.
• Desire to build a career in hospitality.
