General Manager – The Salad Project
Salary: 42,500 per year.
Location: Tottenham Court Road.
Hours: 45 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and look after the Tottenham Court Road location.
- Work hand in hand with the Co‑founders and Operations Manager.
- Maintain budgets, costs and quality control.
- Help manage team morale and guide career development.
- Implement and improve service processes.
- Monitor and implement hygiene best practices to maintain a 5* hygiene rating.
- Manage stock count, rota and supplier management, and report catering and Deliveroo data.
- Ensure and enforce hygiene rules and store maintenance.
- Onboard and train new team members and ensure company rules are followed.
- Ensure the Salad Project continues to offer great customer service and healthy food.

Experience Requirements
- 2‑3 years of experience managing and operating within the hospitality industry.
- Full‑time commitment.
- Desire to build a career in hospitality.
