Solutions Architect

A leading bank is seeking a senior consultant to deliver an independent assessment of cloud, hosting, and identity strategy, and define a realistic future‑state operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess multi‑cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and validate strategy (GCP‑primary)
• Review hybrid hosting across on‑prem, cloud, and container platforms (VMware, OpenShift, Docker)
• Evaluate Active Directory and identity architecture, including M365 tenant strategy
• Assess cloud operating model maturity (governance, security, FinOps, skills)
• Review resilience & HA/DR and workload placement decisions
• Deliver a clear roadmap with dependencies, risks, and investment priorities
• Present findings to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in cloud & infrastructure assessments within banking / regulated environments
• Strong expertise in multi‑cloud and hybrid architectures
• Deep knowledge of enterprise identity (Active Directory, M365)
• Experience with VMware, Linux/Windows hosting, VDI, containers
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
