Senior Software Engineer – 90 – 130k – hybrid.

We’re working with a fast growing fintech building a modern revenue platform used by scaling businesses to manage billing, payments, and revenue recognition. The product is already processing over $1bn in annual invoice volume and has grown rapidly following recent Series A funding.
Role
You’ll be working on core backend systems that directly impact how customers generate and manage revenue.
This includes:
- Designing and building event driven systems that handle billing and financial workflows
- Owning features end to end, from idea through to production
- Working closely with product and design to shape how the product evolves
- Building scalable, high availability systems that are production ready
You’ll be operating in a small, high performing team where ownership is expected from day one.
What they’re looking for
- 4 to 10 years experience as a backend or full stack engineer
- Experience building and owning production systems
- Background in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event driven architecture
- Comfortable working in fast paced, high growth environments
Tech wise, experience with Kotlin, Java, Python or TypeScript is relevant. Kotlin is used, but openness to learn is more important than direct experience.
- Experience working on payments, billing, or financial systems
- Built systems that handle transactions or revenue flows
- Experience in startup or scale up environments
- Clear examples of ownership and impact
